Service estimates

All estimates are non-binding until a written quote is provided after on-site inspection. Final quotes account for the actual surface condition, prep work required, and product needed.

Down payment and scheduling

A 30 to 45 percent down payment is required to schedule work and order materials. Schedule confirmations are first-come, first-served once a deposit is received.

Warranty

Workmanship guarantees vary by surface condition. Brand-new wood is warranted for 3 to 5 years. Stripped and sanded surfaces with unknown prior product are warranted for approximately 3 years. Patchwork using customer-existing product carries no adhesion guarantee, which is communicated upfront.

Touch-ups

A walkthrough with the homeowner is included before final payment. Marked touch-ups are completed within one week of project completion at no additional charge.

Payment

We accept cash and check. Final balance is due upon completion of the main work, before scheduled touch-ups.
